Stock Purchase and Dividend Reinvestment Plan

An Automatic Dividend Reinvestment and Stock Purchase Plan is offered to common shareowners of OGE on a voluntary basis. All or a portion of dividends may be reinvested. Shares of common stock purchased for participants will be either newly issued shares or shares held in our treasury or, at our option, shares of common stock purchased in the open market by an independent agent.

Optional cash investments may also be made, in any amount, from $25 per investment not to exceed $100,000 per year.
