OG&E Hosts Electric Vehicle Ride & Drive Event

OG&E’s Electric Vehicle Ride & Drive Event will be held from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 7 at the OSU-OKC Precision Driving Training Facility.

WHAT:

 

 

OG&E is hosting an Electric Vehicle (EV) Ride & Drive event to educate the public about electric vehicle technology with a free test drive experience this weekend. Attendees will get the chance to check out OG&E’s electric vehicles, learn more about the technology and get behind the wheel for a test drive from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 7 at the OSU-OKC Precision Driving Training Facility.

The event is free and open to the public. A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance must be presented to drive.

COVID-19 safety precautions will be taken. Masks are required inside the facility and while riding or driving the vehicles.

Breakfast, lunch, and T-shirts will be available at the event while

supplies last.

WHY:
